| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up regarding repeat coliform sample DETAILS: Operator is not located at that location any more. She was not sure where or how the samples are being taken. She will visit with the person taking samples to assure they are taken in proper locations and using proper technique. Operator has no reason for the positive results. ACTION NEEDED: Violation posting is needed. 5 routines are needed next month. The facilities are splitting and there will be a new contact at The Dalles. They are due for a water survey before the end of the year. | ||
