| Details: | SUMMARY: 1 of 5 repeat samples positive for coliform DETAILS: 9/29/09 Called Dan to inform him one of the repeat samples taken 9/25 was positive for total coliform. He indicated that the hose bib that was sampled from has an anti-siphon valve. I let Dan know that he should try to not collect from their location as it can cause a false positive. All other samples, including source, were negative. Dan indicated he will take 5 temporary routine samples for the month of October. I emailed Dan the template for unresolved coliform public notice. Dan emailed back a complete public notice and indicated that he will distribute the notice to the users fo the system. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor results and follow up if needed. | ||
