| Details: | SUMMARY: One repeat collected 9/21/09 positive coliform DETAILS: 9/22/09 Alert issued. Denise informed me one repeat sample tested positive for coliform-- the system will be shock chlorinated this week. We discussed well disinfection procedures and I emailed her a tier 2 public notice. 10-7-09 Five temporary routines were collected on 10-2-09 and negative per Grants Pass Water Lab. ACTION NEEDED: Five routines need to be collected in October 2009. Following that , providing samples test negative, sampling will return to quarterly. | ||
