| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Jim and he said that system was worked on the day Pxyis came out to do samples. Jim felt that was the reason the sample was positive. I asked him to have lab do a few special samples before 4 repeats are taken. I asked if they could flush system before 5 routine are taken if specials and repeats are positive ACTION NEEDED: See if samples are taken | ||
