| Details: | SUMMARY: Diquat level over the detection limit at .001 DETAILS: 9-16-09 contacted Patty. Since the diquat results were over the detect limit the system will need to perform a confirmation sample. After the confirmation sample the system will need to perform at least 2 quarterly samples that will be reviewed. If below the MCL then the system may go to annual testing. ACTION NEEDED: review at the end of the 1st quarter 2010 | ||
