| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and copper above action level 90% value is 0.0251 DETAILS: I emailed Daniel Hough for clarification regarding county responded to this alert. 9/22/09 Per the lab results: one site tested above the action level. Per Vicki, this site, space 8, has been vacant for some time. I spoke with Scott Curry today regarding how to invalidate the sample. 9/23/09 I called Vicki and told her to collect another lead and copper sample to take the place of the one from space 8 before September 30th from a different site and to fill out form 141-A and submit to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Collect one lead and copper sample before 9/30/09 from a site of similar type and age as the manufactured home at space 8 and form 141-A needs to be completed and submitted to the state | ||
