| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Maynard and he has had 4 repeats taken using the same tap because he said they have done away with all other taps near the restroom where positive sample was taken. Samples are on route to lab in Hillsboro and we are awaiting results. System file states that there is not adequate contact time for chlorination but some chlorination is occurring. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples, 1 from positive tap, 1 from tap 5 connections up system, 1 from tap 5 connections down system and 1 random sample. Sample to be taken within 24 hours. | ||
