| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up contact regarding 13 ppm nitrate reading DETAILS: This system is listed as inactive. The reason is the high nitrate levels. The water system installed nitrate removal and the readings received with the nitrate removal working were good. There was an issue with some of the media moving into the distribution and plugging the toilet valves. The water system has to solve this issue before reactivation the system The lab pulled a sample even though the nitrate removal was off and system inactive. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to call with results of nitrate levels with removal system active. Will reactivate when operator indicates it is ready. | ||
