| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to E.coli positive routine sample DETAILS: A bacteria sample collected on 10/30/09 came back positive for both total and E.coli bacteria. I made a system visit to collect 4 repeat samples. Repeat sample locations were: original positive location at Murphy kitchen sink, Murphy tub, Gonzalas tub, and Weatherford tub. Sample results will dictate further action. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
