| Details: | SUMMARY: E.coli positive repeat sample DETAILS: This sample was originally listed as a routine. This was a lab error and the sample was one of four repeat samples. This sample was collected by DWP at the same location as the Oct. 30 E.coli positive sample. The remaining repeats were absent of bacteria. DWP made the determination the sample tap is bad. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to invalidate this sample. | ||
