| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Called Brian to discuss coliform problem. They took 5 samples that should have been temporary routines but were mislabeled as repeats. All 5 including one from the source was positive for coliform. Brian mentioned they are going to close the center tonight and disinfect the well again. Four more repeat samples will be taken. I suggested getting the well evaluated. Brian mentioned the company is considering a new well. Brian is going to fax me a copy of the public notice. The system serves two licensed restaurants and truck stop in Aurora. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention and repat monitoring | ||
