| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9-16-09 DETAILS: 9-21-09 Called and got voice mail 9-23-09 Called and spoke with Kathy Mueller who took a message for Connie. I let them know if they havent already been taken to be sure to get 4 repeat samples ASAP. I also mentioned if all four were negative to take 5 temporary routines for October. Kathy said she would pass along the message and if Connie has any questions she would call. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeats | ||
