| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting lead and copper DETAILS: Spoke with operator and he will contact lab to see if they could resubmit the missing 4 samples from 3-20-09, also reminded him he would need 5 lead and copper samples for the second half of the year. Currently the system is on a 5 samples every 6 months testing schedule for lead and copper. ACTION NEEDED: Readdress lead and copper during Sanitary Survey 10/7/09 | ||
