Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Lab was notified after sample had been taken that house was undergoing remodeling. Lab asked about invalidating sample and started discussion with state, lab and system. Following invalidation procedures, 4 repeats and one replacement taken 9/10/09 and all absent. Situation does not qualify for invalidation ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routines during October.
