| Details: | SUMMARY: 5 positive samples DETAILS: Spoke with Paul and he informed me the well was again shock chlorinated on Friday 9/18. Special samples will be drawn later in the week. I informed him that 5 routine samples would be required in October. We also discussed public notice and he will be sending me the copy. A sigh telling employees not to drink the water has been posted. Employees regularly use Culligan for drinking water. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Paul for public notice and results of the special sample. | ||
