| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and copper alert DETAILS: Left message for Spence on 9/11/09. Spoke with Porfi 9/15 and he faxed me the test results from the 5 tests taken 6/2/09. I calculated the 90% for lead and my results did not match the results on the alert. I contacted the state data management and confirmed the error. I contacted system operator Porfi and informed him no further testing was needed and the previous test results did not exceed the action level for lead. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
