| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9/1/09 DETAILS: Called Wanda to take repeat samples and she said they are scheduled and should be taken soon. I reminded her if all 4 samples are negative they will need to take 5 temporary routines in October. She said that wouldnt be a problem. I also reminded her the state didnt show VOC--s and she said she would call the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeats and follow up as needed | ||
