| Details: | SUMMARY: 5 temporary routines positive coliform DETAILS: 9/14/09 positive coliform. Called operator and discussed. Helped with chlorination recipe (doubled last recipe and used 7 gallons CL2 for 10ppm). Also went over deficiencies/recommendations from last survey and discussed reservoir vent screens. Mike will chlorinate and troubleshoot, flush and resample with special samples (wellhead and distribution) ACTION NEEDED: Identify problem and take verification samples. Public notice needed again and take 5 temporary routines in October. | ||
