Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Repeat samples taken 9/17/09 positive. System did have the pump replaced and these samples were taken after chlorinating the system. System needs to identify any other cause, correct the problem and rechlorinate. After system is negative for coliform they will need to take five routine special samples in October. The system has already issued a public notice for total coliforms. They are putting a temporary chlorinator in place until the situation can be resolved. ACTION NEEDED: Make repairs, chlorinate and resample for coliforms. Public notice has been issued.
