| Details: | Spoke to Mike and he will go ahead and take the remaining 4 confirmation samples since well sample came back TG positive for T.coliform and not E.coli. I advised Mike to hold off lifting the boil water notice after talking to Jay with the state DWP until DMCE enters in the results from this sample. Mike will email me his boil water notice as well. Corrective Action: Take 4 confirmation samples. |
