| Details: | SUMMARY: Facility in use July 2010 DETAILS: Facility has not been in use after a recent forest fire. Operators reported on 10/7/09 that facility will be in use in July 2010. We were at the facility to perform a onsite waste water site evaluation. The test pit was located at :45.404358-121.653564 (on the east slope from the structure) ACTION NEEDED: Update sampling schedule with state. | ||
