| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: Quarterly arsenic 10/6/09 was 0.0146mg/l. System is in the process of applying for SRF loans to fund arsenic treatment plant. A plan review with the state has been started but more information is needed. Laura is planning on requesting an extension form the state to meet installation deadlines. System has also been consulting with John Potts, Circuit Rider Program. System is to continue quarterly arsenic monitoring and quarterly public notices. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on progress | ||
