| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Dennis today about recent total coliform present sample taken 11/4/09, he was not aware the sample was present, nor did he know why it came back present. I advised him to collect 4 repeat samples asap, He said it might be a couple days before they get bottles out to their remote area. He is aware that 5 routines will be required in Dec. 2009. I also mentioned I need to come out and do a WTP inspection and need to coordinate with him or John (the certified operator) a time. He also mentioned a change of contacts is coming with new president. ACTION NEEDED: collect 4 repeats samples asap. | ||
