| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform alert DETAILS: Spoke with Dominick with West Lane Plumbing and he shock chlorinated from the new holding tank to the distribution about 2 months ago, August 2009. The results were negative at the well head so he believes the contamination is from the well to the tanks approximately 20 of old pipe. He wants to chlorinate the old lines or possibly replace them. He will be discussing the proposal with David & Lori Heller. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice and 5 temporary routine samples required in November 2009. | ||
