| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: Contacted Kyle and reminded him to monitor quarterly for arsenic. The initial detection was from a sample in August I told Kyle to go ahead and take a 4th quarter sample ASAP and to provide a public notice. I faxed him a copy of the template and told him an average of 4 consecutive quarters will be used to determine compliance.
