| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeats DETAILS: Contacted person responsible on 9/21/09 and told her she would need to take 4 repeat samples. She had taken two on 9/16/09 per Bill Goss. I told her to take 2 more repeats. She took these on 9/30/09 and the first two were positive. One out of the two seconds were positive. On 10/6/09 I sent paperwork explaining the proper sampling techniques. I explained to operator about hits process. Due to the fact this facility is closed for the rest of the year, we will wait until the spring before they reopen to evaluate another sample. ACTION NEEDED: Evaluate in the spring of 2010 | ||
