Details: SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: During survey I provided a copy of the new ERP guide for small water systems. We reviewed it together and I emphasized the need for completing the security and hazard assessments along with the communication section with key personnel, chain of command, and useful telephone numbers. I asked him to complete the certification form and submit a copy of the ERP and certification for my review. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for ERP
