| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: 9/11/09 spoke to owner and he said he talked to the lab and they walked him through proper sampling technique. The positive sample was most likely due to operator error. As of Oct 9 the repeat samples had not been reported. A letter was sent explaining the importance of the 4 repeats and 5 routine follow-up samples. ACTION NEEDED: Submit 5 routine samples in October | ||
