| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: During a survey on this date, I provided a copy of the new ERP guide for small water systems to Paul. We reviewed it together. I emphasized the need for completing the security and hazard assessments along with the communication section with key personnel, chain of command, and useful telephone numbers.
