| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called Mike and asked him to provide me with a copy of the public notice for the system. Well3 is still having detections after some work done to it, two new pumps. System has submitted plan review for disinfection system for this source. No chlorine residual was noted on the sample. I asked Mike to take 4 repeat samples and 5 routines in November. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention and repeat monitoring. | ||
