| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead exceeds the 90% value - 0.1419 DETAILS: October 14, 2009 alert. Message left 10/15/09 for Susan Malley. October 16, 2009 Susan returned my call. She was unaware of the alert because her report from the lab did not indicate a violation. She faxed met he report from Neilson Labs and I repeated her calculations with the reported data and came up in compliance of the 90% rule. 5 samples taken. The highest two samples were 0.0263 and 0.002080. The samples added together and divided by 2 results in the value of 0.01419 instead of the reported 0.1419 that is on the alert. I thanked Susan for the report and told her I would send in the report to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Send in Neilsons analysis report to the state. | ||
