| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform reporting DETAILS: Contacted Precilla by phone. I informed her of the violation for reporting coliform 2nd quarter 2009. They missed sampling and only sampled in July for 3rd quarter. I did not see July on the state website and asked her to send it in to the state. I spoke to Irene about the test results submitted. Since they were not tested by a certified lab the test results will not count. ACTION NEEDED: I informed her of the link on state website to certified labs and coliform sampling plan template. | ||
