| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation 715610 was incurred as a result of failure to collect enough routine coliform samples in October 2009. DETAILS: The system submitted six routine coliform samples in October 2009 when seven samples were required. On 11/17/09 I spoke with system operator Doyle Tankersley. He was not aware that a sample was missed. Doyle intends to investigate the reason for the missing sample and put measures in place to avoid missing any samples in the future. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action is needed at this time. | ||
