| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert after 5pm on Friday October 9, 2009. I called Butch first thing Monday October 12, 2009. The sample was taken from the Jensen residence. He was unsure why the sample nay have been bad. They added a new residence to the system 2 weeks ago, but the system was downstream from the Jensen residence. Umpqua lab routinely takes the samples for the water system. Umpqua will resample today. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples today. They will take 5 routines next month November 2009 | ||
