| Details: | SUMMARY: Two of four repeat samples are positive DETAILS: Received a call from Gregory Savko and he had just found out that two of the repeat samples taken were positive. They believe the problem may have come from frost free hydrants. They plan to shock chlorinate the system and resample as necessary. He also requests that the system name is changed to Diamond Peaks @ LW 1&2. I will send in paper work for his request. ACTION NEEDED: System will be shock chlorinated. Five routine samples need to be taken in November 2009. If a sample is taken as a follow up to chlorination it is to be labeled as a special sample. Mr. Savko will be sending out public notice of the positive results within 30 days. He will send or email copy to me. | ||
