| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Positive repeat samples for coliform sample taken from distribution system and well on 10/9/09. System is required to take action immediately. Ivan plans to shock the well and let the system set overnight after pulling the water throughout the distribution system. He understands they will need five routine samples in November. He will need to publish a public notice within 30 days. After chlorination he plans to take a special to assure the chlorination was effective.
