| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey follow up DETAILS: I met with Jerry on site to confirm the following actions have taken place in response to the significant deficiencies noted on the system survey. Coliform sampling plan has been completed and an Operations and Maintenance Manual has been completed. Emergency Response Plan has been completed and a screen has been placed over the vent for the reservoir. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
