| Details: | E-mail sent this morning: "Good day, Cheryl: Back when the boil notice was issued, a “Level 1 Investigation” was generated due to the repeat samples also being positive for coliform, or not submitted. Attached is the form/worksheet to complete this investigation. A letter was sent from the Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Program in May regarding the investigation. If I can help with the form, or with anything else, I am usually at my desk between 0830 and 1000 Tuesday-Friday. Chris Marten is still listed as the primary contact for the system, so any correspondence from the state regarding the water system would be sent to him. If contact information needs to be changed, please let me know and I will track down the official form to take care of it..." |
