| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: 10/16/09 sample collected and alert issued 10/19/09. Called operator and phone number is no longer valid. 10/20/09 Called Grants Pass Water Lab and they have been having a hard time contacting the system operator who according the them, is now Velma Narramore. I received Velmas phone number and called and spoke with her about repeat sampling requirements. Four repeat samples collected tested positive for coliform one tested positive for Ecoli.
