| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform from 9/7/09 DETAILS: We received alert today and called office and left message for Larry. Spoke with Mrs. Kite secretary at the school and told her about the positive sample. She said she would tell the custodian. I told her I would try to call Larry again on Monday 10/12. October 12, 2009 - Called Larry on his cell and left message. Called the school and spoke with the principal and she does not think they have resampled but the chlorine residual is at .8 today. Larry returned my call and said they shocked the well on 10/9/09. They do not know why the sample was positive. He has discussed the importance of taking chlorine residuals readings throughout the building to the custodian. Residuals will be monitored daily. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples are scheduled for 10/12/09. Five routine samples will be required next month. | ||
