Details:	Ramona Quinn from Klamath Co Health contacted Mr. Powless regarding the confirmed positive total coliform samples from8/3/20. She informed him a level 2 investigation was needed with Lance Lindow (KCPH) within 30 days. This will be scheduled. I will also inform him a monthly schedule for coliform is now required.
