| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliforms DETAILS: Received call from Mr. Hews, owner. Three of the repeat samples were positive. He has a water line leak that he is trying to repair. He believed that it might be the problem. He cannot think of other reasons for the problem. He plans to alert residents of his plan to disinfect the well while fixing the leak. I emailed him the link to the consumer notification fill in document to deliver to his customers ACTION NEEDED: Diagnose and correct problem. Chlorinate the well and distribution lines. Resample to see if problem is eliminated. Five routine samples taken next month. | ||
