| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting repeat samples DETAILS: August 5, 2009 positive coliform.System took 4 repeat samples on August 24 but not within the required time period. Repeat samples all absent but late. Spoke with owners and lab. System is very distant from Bend and did not have enough sample bottles and had to make two trips to take repeat samples causing them to be late. ACTION NEEDED: Have extra sample bottles on hand for repeat samples if needed. Continue submitting quarterly coliform samples on time. | ||
