| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Curt twice on 10/20. By the afternoon of the four repeat samples had been submitted and two out of four repeat samples were also positive. The alert had not been received as of 3pm on 10/21. The system is preparing a public notice and will be shock chlorinating the well soon. Curt is aware that he will need to submit five temporary routine samples in November. As well, Curt will submit a special sample after shock chlorination. ACTION NEEDED: Wait of official alert violation and public notice submittal. Wait for results of special sample to be submitted after shock chlorination and results of vive temporary routine samples in November. | ||
