| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to reporting violation for coliform DETAILS: Contacted Mark about missed 3rd quarter coliform. He stated the school is no longer open…just the church. The system will now be a transient system. I informed him they will need to take their coliform samples quarterly and nitrate yearly. He said he would take the sample ASAP System monitored on 10/12/09 and reported on 10/27/09. ACTION NEEDED: Violation corrected. | ||
