| Details: | SUMMARY: FC Positive DETAILS: Ms Gilstrap called to advise that she had received a TC/FC positive result/notification from Analytical labs. I clarified that it was a FC positive and this would require a public notice. I directed her to the website for the Tier 1 notification template. She said she would put it on the doorknobs of residents. I explained the re-sampling requirements and the need to disinfect if the resamples come back bad and the 5 sample obligations in the coming month even if the resamples are clean. She noted he had concerns in that she only had one bottle on hand but would try and get more bottles from the lab or from a neighboring system. ACTION NEEDED: wait resample results. Assure public notice requirements are met. | ||
