Details:	SUMMARY: Corrective Action for Oct Total Coliform MCL DETAILS: Spoke to Mark today to summarize the corrective action taken to resolve the total coliform MCL in October 2009. Ice Fountain communicated to DWP on Oct 22 that Ice F. shock-chlorinated and flushed area where positives were occurring: Near office and on Elliot Road. After ensuring a zero chlorine residual, special coliform samples were taken in this area, and came back absent on Oct 22. Two routines taken in the area of system not impacted by total positives on Oct 21 and came back absent on Oct 22. Public Notice sent to all users on Oct 22 and copy received by DWP on Oct 27. Five temporary routines taken on 11/2 and 11/4 all came back absent. ACTION NEEDED: Ice Fountain to continue taking routine coliform samples, and will try to communicate to users the corrective action and follow up sampling described above in future correspondence.
