| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting violation follow up DETAILS: System violated coliform 3rd quarter 2009. Called owner Galyn and he just forgot. System is closing soon for the winter and will only be open April - October. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4th quarter sample ASAP and continue to take quarterly coliform samples 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarter and get results to state. Also take one annual nitrate. | ||
