| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 10/12/09 DETAILS: All 3 additional temporary routines positive. Discussed with Judy and Dennis and emailed new positive coliform public notice for distribution. Discussed options system has for corrective action such as installing chlorination since it appears as if they cannot isolate source fo contamination. System is working worth HVH and has been very cooperative. ACTION NEEDED: Take corrective action and send out new public notice. Take special samples as needed and will need 5 temporary routines again in November. | ||
