| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform following repeat DETAILS: Discussed with Mr. Yoder sampling all the wells and reservoir to eliminate them from positive possibilities. Needed to map positive locations and location of empty homes. Told him I would get him the number for the circuit rider for assistance if they would like outside help. They have chlorinated and flushed the area, positives return. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to follow coliform and actions taken by water system | ||
